Bookings

Bookings are subject to supplier availability. Airline, hotel, cruise and tour operator terms also apply. Confirmation is valid only after payment where applicable.

Payments

Payment terms & conditions will be communicated before confirmation. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in cancellation.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and other suppliers. Consultation fees / Service Charges may be non-refundable once services begin. Refunds are subject to supplier policies and terms & conditions.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates (where applicable), government-issued identification and any other required travel documents. Black Tie Travels LLP is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, travel delays and personal liability.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate personal information, correct travel details, valid documentation and timely communication regarding itinerary changes.

Intellectual Property

All website text, graphics, images, logos, branding, design and layout are the property of Black Tie Travels LLP unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Website Usage
